Laundromat FAQ
We are open from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm. Last wash is at 9:00 pm, last dry is at 9:30 pm.
Yes, we have attendants in-store from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Currently our machines only take coins.
Yes, we do. We have 60 & 80 pound machines that you can use to wash multiple loads at one time or for bigger items like comforters.
Yes, we have a fully stocked vending machine that carries various laundry products.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off and pick up your clothes anytime between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
There is no minimum for wash and fold orders.
If you drop off your clothes before 2:00 p.m. they will be ready for you to pick up the same day. You will get a text notification when they are ready.
We use Tide, Gain, Arm & Hammer and we have a sensitive skin option as well.
No, we do not. We never mix your clothes with another client's clothes. We know that this leads to mix ups and cross contamination.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer pickup and delivery services seven days a week.
No, you do not. When you place your order just let us know in the driver's notes where you will be leaving your clothes.
Your clothes will be returned to you the same day.
There is no delivery fee if you give us 15 pounds of laundry or more.
Easy! Just click on the Schedule a Pickup button and follow the instructions.
Yes you can. When placing your order online, you'll find a section labeled 'Preferences' where you can list the tasks you'd like us to perform with every laundry service. Additionally, there's a 'Special Laundry Instructions' section for requests specific to the current order, such as spot treating a stain on an item.
No, there is not. You can cancel at any time.
When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
